Sorry in advance for the length, but devil's in the detail - I hope you understand.
Booked an appointment for removal of Shellac for £1, appointment was eventually confirmed by phone after I refused to go to their Victoria branch for the treatment I'd booked for my lunch break in Hammersmith. Upon arrival, it seems there was another lady booked in for a manicure at the same time as me and there was only one Nail Technician Rosa, she was fairly nice but I'm not convinced she's appropriately trained and she then proceeded to attempt to treat both of us with an appointment at the same time simultaneously, unfortunately this meant the other lady (who I understand had already had issues with appointments at this place) and ended up leaving without her manicure. When my 'treatment' was finished there was a lot of confusion about the price I was paying for the Removal of Shellac and seemed to be completely unaware of the voucher I had purchased from Wahanda.
I wouldn't return, I'd rather pay a bit more from somewhere else for an adequately trained Nail Technician instead.
I have had a luxury manicure and I awarded it with 5 stars! The Staff was very friendly and especially Tania was lovely.Only cons was the variety of nail polishes which let me down a bit...Otherwise ,Tania was very professional and paid attention to every detail in order to give me the best manicure.Overall,I am very pleased with my experience at London Beauty House.
