I had a specific pain in my shoulder blade as well as having a really tight back in general. The massage was soothing and comforting whilst at the same time firmly addressing key points that needed addressing.
I was advised to drink lots of water and take a hot bath later in the evening (had the massage at 17.00). If I'm honest, because the massage was enjoyable I wasn't sure how effective it would be. I was also quite achy throughout the evening. I swear after the hot bath and an early night I woke the next day feeling so relaxed and refreshed. The specific points were all totally addressed. and not there. I hadnt been for a massage in ages and I will be returning for more work. I would highly recommend.
