My daughter booked the treatment for me as a gift and she accompanied me here. The therapist greeted us at the door saying ‘you can’t wait here’. We felt very uncomfortable as we were bearly in, my daughter decided not to sit down and we felt like leaving had we not paid. The therapist/receptionist apologised. The treatment booked was for 1h however lasted about 40-45mins. Unfortunately I was disappointed and shocked with the whole experience and will not be visiting nor booking again.

I found LBC when I purchased a Groupon voucher. My experience was positive since the first time I walked in. The staff is just lovely. I also purchased a vein removal treatment and going to do other treatments soon. I travel almost two hours each way to get there so I can say “it’s worth every penny!”

I booked a wowcher deal "We’re offering you a full face dermaplaning treatment with a Neal’s Yard express facial".
When I arrived, the therapist had a 4 in 1 facial in the diary so I had to tell her it was dermaplanning. She did not use Neals Yard products and I didn't get any type of facial - she just did a dermaplanning...which was good but I also wanted the promised facial.
Also nothing like a blanket or towel was offered to lay under so didn't feel like a relaxing treat.
