I booked some treatments in person here and after being messed around back and forth with them cancelling and moving my dates, I decided to cancel and gave them 9 days notice.
They are now saying I am not entitled to a refund due to some very contradictory and misleading terms and conditions on their website which I was not given any form of to read or sign when I booked. Very unprofessional and misleading behaviour to basically steal clients money

Great experience regarles the pain…. But it is the price you paid ! But i knew i was in the good hands of NAZ and the pain became more bearable.
Definitely i will consider come back for other treatments
