I liked my first therapist, she was very welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately, my experience was turned down due to poor communication. I feel this place is more profit-oriented rather than customer-oriented. Be aware of the full CCTV everywhere, they might use it against you. Little advice to refresh customer service knowledge. Your responses to customers' low ratings below are not great. Customers are your future! All the best!
