Accupuncture was different to what I thought it would be, I was expecting bliss but that was just an incorrect preconception. It did however work for what the obviously skilled therapist said it would and there were moments of relaxation but I found it a little too uncomfortable to repeat.

Really good full body massage.
Really helped me with lymphatics last year which had been getting worse for over ten years. That's almost perfect now.
