The massage was the best Ayurvedic massage that I have had outside of India. In fact it was probably better than the ones that I had had in India. Very authentic, very effective and I felt amazing afterwards. The masseuse was a professional Ayurvedic practitioner and very skilled.

Really good value for money. Dr Alex is clearly very experienced and went above and beyond to give a very thorough hollistic treatment
The massage was excellent with good pressure and I felt great the next day. The Ayurvedic doctor who delivered it also explained the science behind what he was doing and other services that would be helpful. I would definitely recommend it.
