I'd been wanting to try this centre for a little while due to the glowing reviews, and booked in for a face massage. The massage itself was incredibly relaxing and I kept trying not to fall asleep - I love pressure point applied massages - and a bit of attention was paid to my neck and shoulders too. I guess the four stars is because I was a little disconcerted by the 'up-sell' at the beginning (which I couldn't do as I had time restrictions, and while I appreciated that it came from a place of trying to provide a service relevant to the client, I just hate up-sells generally), and how I expected it to be super friendly from the other reviews. I did enjoy the massage and would return to try the head massage and/or the full body massage.
I really enjoyed my massage, it was out of this world! It was my first experience of deep tissue massage and Moses used his magic hands! I totally recommend anyone in need of a decent massage.!!
I booked the deep tissue massage for my partner, Gareth as a Christmas present. He had never had a massage before and often complained of knots in his back so I thought this might loosen him up! He came away from the massage extremely relaxed saying his back hadn't felt so good in the last 10 years! Dr Alex definitely knows what he is doing and made Gareth feel very comfortable throughout. Overall, I think LCIC is a hidden gem and is definitely worth a visit. After Gareth's review, I would certainly like to book myself a treatment! Thanks :) Alice

I booked a foot massage to treat myself. I had good experiences with Ayurvedic massages before and when I saw this place on Wahanda, I just had to try it. Luckily after taking one look at me, Dr Alex recommended I also try the head massage that this centre is famous for, so all in all my treatment was 1 1/2 hours long. IT WAS AMAZING. I like Ayurvedic treatments for the feeling of total warmth and wellbeing you end up with. This time was no different. Dr Alex used different natural oils for the back, the head, the feet and the face. During the champissage treatment, he massaged the upper back and stretched the arms and shoulders, which really helped with tensions carried around that area (and who doesn't have those.) The foot massage also included the lower legs, so is very recommended to anyone who stands, runs or dances a lot. A few recommendations if you're going to try it: The treatment room is really warm, if you're going in the cold season, wrap up warm on the way home. And of course, if you're going to have a head massage, take a hairbrush.

Definitely worth the visit! This was my first "real" aryuvedic experience - I have had an aryuvedic massage previously but it was nothing like this. It was a very energising experience and I left feeling I could take on the world! At times a little painful in my more tense areas but no pain no gain, today I feel fantastic!
