It's a small operation, so you can only be there right before it starts, otherwise you'll be waiting in front of a locked door. The therapists lock the door while they are doing the treatments, which makes sense but I think they should tell customers. Lucy was very nice. The other guy had a very creepy voice. It was very pleasant. I fell asleep at the end, and they looked annoyed that I was then last to leave because I fell asleep. The only thing that won't make me return are the oils.
I have a very sensitive nose, and the oils they use are so strong, that I had a pounding headache by the time I got home. I also felt awkward when on the train, as I felt I smelt like a tramp with the strong smelling oils.

Great abdominal massage... never had one before but I can definitely see how it can be stress relieving. The facial massage was very soothing, focused on my head mostly would of liked more pressure message on my face. But overall great!
