It took 6 efforts to get a booking reply from the Centre, which was v disappointing. The masseuse was late and as a result I got a 50 minute treatment, rather than 60 minutes which I had paid for and there was no apology. The treatment was acceptable but I was very fed up by this time. I expected a better experience.
