Time of the appointment was changed the day before the appointment by the manager, technician not familiar with surroundings and took along time to find things, not organised, she the. Cut me finger, she did apologise but was very flustered, the pedicure bubble machine didnt work, technician was late to the appointment, will definitely avoid this place in the future, no personal touch, you are just a number to them.

Very professional and polite. Always provides recommendations for a better look, checks in throughout on whether I am happy with the result. Pays close to attention to detail. This place is now my go to for eyebrow threading! Would recommend.
