I arrived on time to my appointment, but was left waiting for 25 minutes! The lady on reception didn't seem to offer any explanation or offer a glass of water whilst I waited. I did voice my concerns to Ruby, who was kind and welcoming. I really enjoyed my dermaplaning with her, and can see such a difference with my skin! Thank you Ruby

Without doubt one of the best massages I have ever had. I am a massage therapist and when you give massages you need to have a decent massage yourself because of the muscles you use to give a treatment. I felt that she was very experienced and could recognise any tightness I had in my body.
