Kim is very professional in her approach to the treatments and explains everything in detail. Makes sure you are comfortable before and during the treatment. She even puts on music of your choice if that is what you want.

Kim is brilliant. She is kind, very good at what she does and always explains everything in detail before she does it.
I had not had this done before and was nervous but she made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I have had 2 sessions and already noticed the difference.
