Fulfilled a ?decade long ambition Sunday, to try a floatation tank. Have been in a salt pool before but wanted the sensory deprivation of a pod. The welcome was warm and friendly, everything explained and the Centre provides everything you could possibly need (towel = £1) from Vaseline, earplugs, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, flip flops, hairdryer etc. The pod was explained and safety features demonstrated. The hour float was very pleasant but the novelty and my mindset prevented relaxation; I had really wanted to sleep!! Plus the pod wasn’t entirely dark, there was a very faint light at the join of the pod door, perhaps for safety, but I expected entire sensory blackout. I highly recommend this Centre and will certainly go again and take other people. My only “complaint” is whilst there is a chair in the room to put your things there’s nowhere to then sit whilst getting ready so I felt cramped and a bit flustered, as the pod is big and takes up a lot of room. Perhaps a shelf to place items, on the wall? Very enjoyable float!!

Staff is very nice.explain everything clearly.
very pleased with the floatation thank, and completely loved the deep tissue massage. Would definitive repite it,
We tried this first time and that was really very good, relax time. I slept in the water:) amazing :) Thank you!
Amazing experience from the moment you step into the building. The front of house staff starts by setting the perfect welcoming and calm environment before the float, as well as providing you with all information necessary. The floatation itself is the ultimate relaxing experience, I recommend to all.
