I found it a bit strange. I was expecting a spa experience however it was just a room on an industrial estate that had a tank in it, it all felt a bit claustrophobic and damp, showers were old and grubby looking, hair floating in mine . There was a tide mark in my tank and rusty drip lines I just wanted to get out. On the other hand my sister loved it which was good as I booked it for her and although I only spent half an hour in mine my skin was so soft afterwards.
