Not as good as previous sessions, started about 15 mins late and felt really as if we were being chased out at the end and didn't get the full hour in peace. The tank hadn't even finished its prep when I got in the room so I was still waiting for the water to settle even after having my shower. Often I have taken this evening appointment time and not had this problem. Also disappointed with the lights in the float room, I was sure that in the past, the room main light goes off when the float begins. The light was on and comes in through the crack in the tank where you lift the lid, which ruins the immersive experience for me. It should be pitch black, so that when you open your eyes you can't see a thing unless you turn on the light inside the tank. Maybe not everyone wants to be in pitch black but for a true float experience they should offer this option, there is no light switch in the room itself for the customers to turn off the main light. I will keep coming here regularly, but this particular day it wasn't up to the usual standard at all.

Great value. Wonderful staff. Not sure floating is for me, but the centre was a great place to try it for the first time.
