Since it was my first time I found the experience interesting and unique, staff were friendly and informative, the floatation tank, room and shower appeared to be of the best standard and very clean. The floatation itself was quite relaxing however since it was my first time it felt quite novel and I didn't fully ingratiate into the experience, however I will defiantly be coming back for repeated sessions so I can feel more comfortable with the process.

A hairdrying/chillout room would be useful, as I'm always conscious of taking too long and disturbing the next customer. Personally I would also like the option of having the wave noise on all the time.
