This my second floatation experience and again it didn't disappoint. Very relaxing and I just want to go back for more!
The "pod" is quite spacious for one person and there is a light inside which you can switch on or off as you desire - I had it off for most of the time. Once the lid is closed, it is completely dark and quiet inside - it is also humid and you might feel a bit claustrophobic. The water is around 30cm deep and you lie on your back. There was a small "float" onto which you could lay your head. One important thing is to not get any of the very salty water into your eyes! Ear plugs are provided as well as some Vaseline to put anywhere where the salty water may cause irritation. The shower is in the same room and shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and a towel is provided. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
