My friend bought me a Groupon voucher for one hour floatation session as a birthday gift.
This being my first experience in a floatation tank, ever, it went really well. Although I had concerns about the size of the tank, having the light on or off, once in the tank all thoughts went away. I switched off the light and fell asleep for the entire duration of the session.
I've booked my appointment after a gym class, so the magnesium in the water really helped my muscles. It would have been better with a massage before the session... next time.
It was also a great treatment for my skin. Two days after, it stills feels nice and soft.
If you want to experience something new, are looking for a way to relax, or if you've ever wondered how it would be to float in the Dead Sea, I'd recommend you give this a try.
