Very nice staff, clean environment, appropriate equipment and everything explained. Experience was very relaxing. A bit of a rush - not offered tea or anything before/after. No debrief.

shame the music stops after first 10 minutes - it would have been much nicer if it was all 1 hour; also - we fit easily in one tank both of us and it is much more romantic and nicer when you hold your partner hand in hand...

This was my first time doing it and I thought it was super cool! It feels like you are in there a lot longer and definitely leaves you feeling refreshed.
The only negative I had is that I wish the water was warmer. I like hot water and this is body temperature so it gets a bit cold after awhile. The lady helping me was sooooooooo amazing probably what made me like it so much.
I will definitely be back again! I also bought one for my cousin.
