I would recommend it to everyone who are seeking complete relaxation and well-being, not just during the treatment but also afterwards.
Excellent wellness stuff, great post bday gift! Thanks a lot!
Very good sound and light-proofing (better than other centres I have been to) and good choice of sound for the beginning and end of the session. Staff really welcoming and caring about your experience.
Was a really enjoyable experience. I'll be returning for sure!
I was 25 minutes early for the first appointment of the day, and the lady allowed me to go in straightaway! My first time floating, she told me everything I needed to know. Shower before to remove deodorants / creams, use the vaseline on any cuts, use the earplugs to block out sound, use the water spray bottle if you get any of the salt solution in your eyes, use the neck rest and keep the lid closed to maintain the temperature. She made me feel a lot less nervous! The tank is huge! (I'm 5ft 2) There are lights inside, which you can turn off / on. When you're in music plays for a few minutes and then it stops. I was in pitch black with no sound for the rest of the session. AMAZING! I felt so relaxed, I even "saw things", and I fell asleep! Music plays and the lights come back on right at the end which woke me up. Making my way out of the tub was tricky; I felt so heavy! I lingered in the shower (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel provided) and polished in the dressing room (hair dryer, hair brush, lotion, cotton buds provided). Then I made my way out. I felt like Alice in Wonderland. You should go. :)
