I was dubious at first but it's a great way to get out of your own head

It was great. My first time floating so I really appreciated being explained everything. It's good to know you are in complete contol and don't have to shut the tank or turn out the light if you don't want to. That means I took it slowly to get used to it and didn't put myself off by doing too much too soon. Next time I'll be able to let go a bit more.

If anything an hour wasn't long enough!! Would definitely recommend to anyone!! I also saw that they do a package deal where you get an hour floatation followed by an hour massage which sounds incredible. Had a lovely time. Thank you xxx

I gave this experience to spend quality time with my friend. The venue is wonderful so is Gabriela who explained everything thoroughly. I love first experiences, and this was definitely a great one. Will go back.
