Both members of staff (the receptionist and the therapist) I dealt with were outstanding. Before I came I was a little apprehensive as I'd never had this treatment before but both staff were brilliant in terms of the customer service and advice and care I received pre, during and after the treatment. And the treatment has made me feel amazing! I have now booked a block of 6 to use throughout the year and I have since recommended them to two of my friends!
The only downside is the fact you can only pay cash for these treatments. Not too bad if you just book the one session, but not ideal when you need to pay for a block of 6 like me. I'm not keen on carrying that amount of cash! Hopefully Treatwell will invest in a card payment machine soon.
I got a voucher for floating session for two.
we went there with my husband , I said I am first month pregnant so the lady said I cannot have it because it can be dangerous.
my husband went for his session.
I asked the lady if I can use mine later on and she said yes .
but when my husband finished his one she said my voucher is gone and I cannot use it.
what a stupid rules. she said one thing at the beginning and changed her mind later.
waste of money waste of time.

This was so relaxing, lovely centre and lovely staff.
I felt great about an hour afterwards.
However, as soon as I'd finished I strangely felt sea sick so it was ruined a little bit but that's no fault of theirs.
