I received this as a gift and was curious to try it but left extremely disappointed. The floatation tank is a bathtub like pod where I found a hair on the hood as well as grime in the tub. The receptionist gave a quick intro about you being able to close the hood/roof if you want and showed a button for light and panic button. Unfortunately when I pulled the hood down it went pitch black and I struggled to find either of the buttons for a min which felt like forever and was claustrophobic. Found the panic button eventually but the light came on, no one came to assist. Luckily I had a water bottle in my bag as she didn't advise me to take water from the dispenser outside nor was I told about a water spray inside the tub which I haf to guess and spray as saltwater dripped & stung my eyes. Worst of all was the reaction at the end when I came out and receptionist asked how it was and I told her I was so stressed having to find the panic button in pitch darkness & felt out of breath, to which she just looked at me weirdly, said nothing and left! Why ask a customer about their experience if you don't care?! It was extrememy rude and unprofessional and have told all my friends & colleagues how terrible it was.
First time floating, a strange experience that left me feeling anxious at first but later relaxing. Slept so deeply that night! Was a nice treatment centre and would come back.
