I purchased this for my wife as a valentines surprise. Upon arrival, the place seemed locked up - after some knocking on windows, she was let in. Then upon checking in for her floatation session, she was told that I had not paid fully (which was not correct) - as so I was asked to email through an invoice proving that I had in fact paid and the amount (totally ruining any surprise / romance out of the gesture). Once they realised we had actually paid upon seeing evidence, she was allowed to proceed. She says the experience itself was nice, but the tanks were a little dirty and in need of a clean. As for the experience, I am sure we both will continue with these sessions, but unfortunately not at this establishment.
