It's the best place I've found in London, but could use some improvement based on other floatation places I've been to.
1. The showers should be thoroughly cleaned between treatments. On a couple of occasions I've found tissues and an ear plug in the shower.
2. The ambience is very clinical. Consider having a larger couch, a float notebook, some tea, softer lighting and appropriate pictures on the wall. The shower dispensers are also plastic and cracked and add to the clinical feeling.
3. Consider having a few more care products - hairclips, hair wax?
4. Consider selling health drinks for afterward. I've seen it successfully done elsewhere.
5. Charging £1 for a towel is just strange and off-putting. Just build it into the price.
6. Make it easier to book longer sessions. I've found 90 minutes is often ideal.
7. Not sure about the re-usable earplugs... I have to trust you that you wash them properly. Maybe have some disposable ones or the waxy ones for those who prefer them. I guess it depends on how tight your profit margins are...
I say all this, because I'm going to keep coming here till I find a better place, so I'd love if it were a better experience!
I'll end on some pros - The tanks are large and modern. Staff are friendly (the owner, Oksana, is very friendly and generally lovely).
Conveniently located, clean, fresh smelling, and good equipment.
Would have given it another star if the toilet room was part of the treatment room or much closer in case of emergencies!! Otherwise friendly staff, albeit laid back - but I kinda like that. Good job and may be visiting in the nr future.
The staff was very friendly. It was my first time and they made me feel very comfortable and explained everything well. The float tank was very high quality and the experience was awesome.
