I was 3 minutes late to arrive because of the location being within an enclosed private space. Welcome was not particularly warm and felt as if I was not exactly welcome. I only received instructions on where to place my belongings as part of a kind notice describing where not to leave my stuff. Poor atmosphere, was given no introductory instructions on floating apart from basic functionality of the floating tank. Miserable atmosphere, not recommended.
