A great experience from start to finish, great customer service, happy days šŸ¤™šŸ½
Excellent service by knowledgeable staff with friendly atmosphere. Recommended if treatment or experience right for you.
Got deep tissue massage + flotation as a father's day gift. My dad said the massage was very thorough, harder than any other deep tissue he'd had previously. The flotation he said he would definitely recommend: my dad is someone who hardly ever meditates or practices mindfulness; his way of relaxing is watching a movie (still concentrating on something and not actually resting the mind)! In the tank he went into a trance-like state and was v relaxed after. Later that night he slept like a baby!
I could sit at home in my bathtub with lights off and eyes closed for one hour and get a similar experience. But I won't, because there's movies to be watched and social media to be followed as well as chores to be done and worries to be had. So, in my opinion, with floatation I'm setting aside time to meditate, to be with myself. And the price paid is a symbol of commitment to that. Thanks to the staff for being nice and supportive. Till next time.
Floatation was a discovery, a really nice one although I was expecting less of a chlorine smell and towels to be provided. I wished the venue had been more maintained: the bottom door was completely damaged because of the steam, mould on the handle of the tank, the shower door didnā€™t close properly, one single tissue left in the tissue box. The venue counts a lot in the experience, it could have been so much more. Gareth was pleasant and explained how the tank works and ensured I felt confident.
