This was my first experience, and I must say I realy enjoyed the flotation,
The only negative was the people held a conversation outside my room while they was waiting to go into their treatment room.
This spoilt my relaxing experience, such a shame, I mention this to a member of staff, but it was to late then as my time had come to an end
I feel the staff should be more aware, of what's going on and address the issue 's when they arise
