Absolutely lovely people and staff to deal with. Really helpful however it was in a dingy industrial park, the rooms were poorly lit, it didn’t feel spa like at all really and found an old ear plug in the shower(that wasn’t mine).
Experience and people were lovely but the environment it was in and the value for money was not great

Good to experience something different. Mostly enjoyable. A staff member repeatedly walked around outside the door in very noisy flip flops/sliders which meant my concentration and relaxation wasn’t maintained. Became irritating to hear.
Nice experience, wonderful Polish (for what it’s worth) last in front desk is very friendly and informative.
