Receptionist and therapist were very helpful and understanding.
Both treatments were very beneficial - floatation and Neuroptimal session.
My friend and myself were greeted with smiles and felt welcome immediately.
We were given a complete run down on the room and what was available for us to use as well as the flotation tank, how to operate it for our experience and what to expect and how long we had, with gentle harmonious timers to let us know the start and finish of our time in the tank.
The area the tank rooms led off from was tranquil and beautifully decorated that enhanced the zen.
Very nice centre, close to South Quay station, conveniently accessed.
The centre is clean, and the specialists are knowledgable and provide tips based on expertise and experience. The overall area is very clean, and the staff seems to have taken appropriate COVID measures.
Happy with the experience, I will definitely go back in a couple of weeks.
Great experience, went for the NeurOptimal session, very relaxing and great service. Recommend.
