Thank you. I have beautiful lashes - Ursula was very precise and did an excellent job. She was so gentle and it was so relaxing that I feel asleep during the process! She also had great communication with me when I had a delayed flight and I really appreciated her understanding. I would highly recommend. Very good value for money.
