Store was lovely and the receptionist was very friendly.
However, the woman who did my nails paid little to no attention to me and what i wanted. I told her I had never had my nails done before and was asking her what she was putting on there and she just ignored me.
She also made a few fingers bleed after trimming my cuticles.

I have been a customer of London Grace since 2017, I hadn't been back since Covid and I was very disappointed with the service. The salon was empty and the nail technicians were making noise and fooling around during my service, not wearing a mask and being very rude, making my nail technician very uncomfortable and causing her to apologize for their behavior.
The job was terrible, they barely painted half of my nail and the next day it already looked outgrown. I will not go back.
