Danielle did my nails and she was very welcoming, chatty and helpful. Love the shape and colour of my nails, she did a good job. The salon was very quiet which couldn’t really be helped in the current situation but even so I enjoyed London Grace and will be back again.
Treatment by Bank - London Grace
I arranged an appointment in a lunchbreak so only had a max. of 1 hour. It started 15 minutes late because they had triple booked that time and were dealing with a complaint from a customer who hadn't been told her appointment - accidentally booked at the same time as mine - couldn't take place. The staff didn't seem to think this was a problem and said it was good they had so many clients. As a result, the therapist was rushing and didn't do the treatment properly. It was also pretty expensive.
