Ok service and venue. A bit of an odd atmosphere.

I was less than 10 min late for the appointment due to a massive road block around the area. I called to inform the delay. When I arrived, I was told they wanted to cancel my appointment. It was rude, and unprofessional. When I eventually managed to persuade to keep my appointment, I was told the type of service I booked (unclear in their description) was only coloring, Nothing else at all. It was a horrible experience on a Sat morning!!! Worst service I’ve had in years.
