I went in for a gel polish removal, and that went well however was not aware that they didn't cut / file the nail down after removal. When I asked if they could cut the nail it was only for an additional price, however she had another client so did not have time and they may have space later in the day if I wanted to come back. Thoroughly disappointed by this as this is the first place that I've been to that doesn't offer that service as standard.
Fab mani. Have been to the Clapham high street salon a lot, and nice to have a salon near work!
I didn't actually get the technician I booked for, but I was still pleased with the outcome of my nails. Not a huge selection of Shellac colours but enough to find one you like and worked really well for a quick appointment during a lunch break.
