Second time at London Grace and will never go to another salon for a pedi again. It's such a lovely place and the staff are so friendly and make you feel at home. They were a bit busy and short staffed so I waited about 10-15 minutes for my appointment. But when I ordered a tea, they said it was on them to compensate for the wait - very nice surprise.
Very pleased with my gel toenails. Will return. Would be better if a complementary coffee was included for customers as I was in there a long time. However after booking on Treatwell they changed my booking time by an hour which made it difficult for me at work.
Alexandra was great and it’s one of the neatest manicures I’ve ever had. They did seem to be running behind a little bit gave me magazines whilst I waited.
Made and paid for appointment then when I arrived they said there was no availability and didn’t know how to get me my money back. They also said this has happened several times before, yet clearly they haven’t had the common sense to rectify the issue. Still haven’t gotten my money back.
