I went to this appointment however the whole building was closed at the time I had booked for. Treatwell and London Grace need to align their systems as this is extremely frustrating. I have also prepaid and not received the service. Can someone please call me to resolve this?

It’s extremely expensive for what you get. Treatment felt rushed and therapist was quite unfriendly.
