The massage was good, the masseuse really made me comfortable and he knew his stuff. Started with some questions to understand pain points and then he really focused on that and also offered some very good advice to improve the pain moving forward

Not the best. On my first appointment, the appointment didn’t exist (I had missed calls etc but hadn’t checked they’d tried to cancel my appointment), so on arrival I had to rebook to come back another time. This second appointment started late and was cut short because I was in the waiting room and no one came to check I was there - apparently they sign you in when you ring the door bell(?) - someone else let me in, and I wasn’t made aware of this. The room was cold, the massage was average.
