Not the best. On my first appointment, the appointment didn’t exist (I had missed calls etc but hadn’t checked they’d tried to cancel my appointment), so on arrival I had to rebook to come back another time. This second appointment started late and was cut short because I was in the waiting room and no one came to check I was there - apparently they sign you in when you ring the door bell(?) - someone else let me in, and I wasn’t made aware of this. The room was cold, the massage was average.

Don’t book via treatwell for this place. I was told that a glitch means that the bookings don’t go through. I re arranged plans, left dinner with friends early and turned up to my appt, only to be told that I wasn’t event on the system. Despite having an email confirmation.
Can’t say how the massage was. I never received it.

Good massage. There was a mix up and they didn’t have my appointment in their system but the clinician was great and made it work for me with another one of their colleagues.

We booked the treatment through treatwell and for our surprise when we got there the clinician couldn’t find our booking even though we received the confirmation email via treatwell, therefore they had to reschedule us. To be fair on them, they did as much as they could to find a suitable appointment for another day but it was very frustrating and a complete waste of time. Very bad experience booking through the third party
