We booked the treatment through treatwell and for our surprise when we got there the clinician couldn’t find our booking even though we received the confirmation email via treatwell, therefore they had to reschedule us. To be fair on them, they did as much as they could to find a suitable appointment for another day but it was very frustrating and a complete waste of time. Very bad experience booking through the third party
Turned up for appointment, to be told there was an error with the treatwell booking system, or perhaps they just hadn’t checked the system, either way, they we’re double booked.
I was turned away and told to contact treat well for a refund.
