Real massage time was around 30 minutes , as I enter the room at 10 past , we had a small interview and massage did end at 10 to, so it was ok because of the price paid , but I was repeat

Shocking behaviour from Clinician 9
“1hr deep tissue massage” misleading as massage time is not 1hr. There is a 5-10min consultation at the start AND at the end where the therapist tries to convince you to purchase more sessions. Stephen (who was actually a Physio) offered me a ‘deal’ (another 1hr massage) which I took & paid for via a link he sent me. When I went back for second app, he proceeded to do another 10min consult for Physio which I didn’t want & then had the audacity to argue with me

It's funny how people spend so much time on yhe optics and not the content, I guess it's a matter of education, this guy was amazing!

The hub is located in an alley-way and it's a small place. The clinician was friendly and skilled and did the massage really well but it ended 10 minutes earlier than the 60 minutes and I wasn't aware that it would be focused on one muscle group, I thought it was a full body massage.
