Booked last minute for 4.30pm, was contacted around 3.45 saying that it would have to be at 4.00pm. Staff great and welcoming, place not up to the standard of a relaxing massage. So no relaxing at all as being rubbed against a painful bed with no music, scent or privacy it is not what I needed. It was sad specially thinking about the money paid for 30 minutes. Again, nothing against the masseuse, he did try!

Small space and usually start a few minutes late but friendly and effective clinician.

Initial session completed with good assessment.
However treatment started 15 minutes late. Treatment time limited to 5 minutes, more time sent booking the next session than completing treatment.
Given one exercise but no information on how often to complete or number of reps (should be provided to provide clear plan).

Practitioner was excellent, but the room that the treatment was undertaken was not fit for purpose. No ventilation, no natural light. Practitioner had to keep manoeuvring the table I was on around to get to either side to undertake the treatment, as the room was so constricted, never felt comfortable throughout the process.
