I have polish below my nails, my nails curve is not good. Very disappointed

It’s the first time to see a hair stylist who didn’t have any products needed to make half up and half down hair style, what I had ordered in advance.She said I need to buy any big hair comb what she has… they’re not attractive for me al all so I said NO.Still she said she can’t do that style without a big comb… so I asked my family to deliver my own hair comb from home, as I didn’t waste money.
They should prepare at least very basic products to make the hair style if they are professional
