I had a terrible experience at this salon. I paid £40 to have my nails ruined. The hygiene is appalling, and the salon is a basement with no ventilation. The pictures are misleading. The technician left my nails uneven, and I refused to proceed with colour after seeing how poorly the base coat was applied—crooked and unprofessional. I could have done a better job myself. I’m extremely dissatisfied and request a full refund for this unacceptable service.

The venue is not like the picture, it is a small room with a desk on the basement floor in a hair salon. Sara was friendly however the nail colour was not smooth on the edges. I find the final price of £31(16 of manicure paid online plus £16 for nail colour) expensive for that venue and service.
