Quite unprofessional the way Farah spoke to me. Didn’t listen, just laughed at me, asked very personal questions out load in from of clients. Basically told me my eyebrows were terrible. Showed no empathy when I her I had been on medication for my illness. Just showed complete contempt at the way I looked. Told me to leave a good review and not use Treatwell. Felt like crap after
