Terrible, AVOID this salon for Brows. I arrived, and advised I wanted light brown brows as I have blonde hair. The owner proceeded to provide vague instructions to the person who administered the treatment (trainee?). Trainee left the dye on to deal with a walk-in for a very long time, and when the owner walked back in to the salon briefly she seemed surprised the dye was still on and told the Trainee to remove the dye immediately and lighten them if need be, then left again for good. This did not happen. I also asked for an Arched shape, but left with two very dark brows that are the same thickness the entire length across. I looked ridiculous. I called the salon to complain several times after I left and the following day, and no one answered. I left a message and gave Farah the opportunity to rectify the situation but have had no response at all. All round, appalling service, and I would definitely advise to stay the heck away from this poorly run, poorly maintained salon. Worst beauty experience I have ever received.
Brow Definition
The place is really messy and seems a bit unorganised. The lady is lovely although I feel they need to improve the tidyness of the place and the service was very average.
