I had a 2 week Shellac manicure, and unfortunately my experience was quite bad.
The place was relatively easy to find, but it looked a bit sad from outside as well as inside, as it was very messy with unnecessary stuff on the floor and in the corners, and it was really cold - it seemed like it wasn't very well kept.
I was greeted by a sweet girl, which was the only good thing about the staff, as they didn't seem to know what they were doing 100%, which made me doubt the professionalism. All they seemed to care about was me paying and then writing a review about them later, which, in some ways, is understandable, but at the same time it made me a bit skeptical.
The manicure was dry, which I didn't know, and not done very well, as I still had quite a lot of cuticles after, and the colour was uneven here and there. I had Shellac, which I normally have good experiences with, but the nail polish cracked two days after my treatment, which I find very disappointing… :-(
Because of work, I haven't been able to contact the place, so I don't know, if they would have done a replacement of the Shellac manicure, because the cracked so fast, but I have now payed for something that didn't even last.
I didn't know about the place beforehand - I have used Treatwell a lot whenever I need a beauty treatment, and as the Shellac manicure was fairly cheap at this place (£15), I thought I'd book it, but unfortunately I won't come back to the place, and I won't be recommending it to my friends.
Eyebrow threading was slightly painful but she got the shape spot on!
Eyebrow tinting was good as well. Although, would be nice if she cleaned my eyebrows prior doing anything. Good value for money, lovely staff and I would come again.
