Not organised, they made me wait 20 mins or more after appointment, the shampoo girl washed my hair in the dark (no lights) she left traces of soap and colour over my head, blow dry was not inclosed in the offer...so it was overall not a pleasant experience. The owner was sweet and smiling but...couldn't help. Sorry

Overall you get what you pay for - 2 week shellac manicure was cheap, but quality wasn't as good as premium salons I have visited. Polish wasn't applied evenly to my nails leading to some bumpy areas of polish and not applied right to the edge of the nails on the side. Also there was a lot of over painting to my skin, which the beautician attempted to clean up. From a distance my nails look good but when you look closer you can see it was a bit of a shoddy job.

Good value for money, not the best wax I had in my life but it was ok. Nice and welcoming staff.
