I booked a two week manicure with Farah. Best shellac I ever had it lasted three weeks with absolutely no chips! Really good value for money, but definitely ensure to book with Farah :)

I had a Wowcher for a manicure and pedicure which I pre booked with the shop. Unfortunately the shop was busy when I arrived for my appointment and I waited around 20 mins to be seen. The technician was really friendly and helped me pick out a colour, but it seemed that it was not communicated that I was also having a pedicure as well. However when I sat down to have my pedicure the owner advised me that my Wowcher did not include "water" and that I would have to pay an additional £10 for this. I found this strange but agreed to pay the additional fee, however the technician only painted my toenails as opposed to giving me an actual pedicure. At this point another lady had arrived for her manicure/ pedicure and it was evident the technician was under pressure to finish my pedicure. I purchased some Argan oil and despite previously being informed there was no use of "water" the owner added on the £10 fee and when I disputed this she asked in an annoyed tone why I had agreed earlier and removed the £10. Although this wasn't the pampered experience I had hoped for, I was happy with the application of the shellac to my toes and nails.
I went here for my first ever wax in a salon, Farah was wonderful. She made me feel very relaxed and welcome. All the worries I had beforehand she delt with and I left very satisfied and having enjoyed (as much as u can with a wax) my experience. Will definitely be returning.

We were well looked after. It was my sisters birthday, a free eyebrow shaping was given to her. Long way for us to travel but well worth it.
